CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full cost of the session booked.
PAYMENT POLICY:
All forms of payment are accepted, including FSA and HSA accounts. To reserve an appointment, a credit card must be stored on file in our booking system. Payment is collected at the end of each session. All services are non-refundable.
INSURANCE POLICY:
Some insurance providers cover acupuncture for specific conditions. If you have out-of-network benefits, we can provide you with a receipt that has the necessary coding for you to submit to your provider. We do not process any insurance in-office.
