CHINESE MEDICINE

Chinese Medicine is a complex healing system with many treatment branches including Acupuncture, Chinese Herbology, Cupping, and Moxibustion.

WHAT TO EXPECT

As a specialized practice, we take the time to connect with our clients. No two wellness journeys are the same, and taking time to learn about each patient ensures that we will guide them along the path to meet (and oftentimes surpass) their wellness goals.

Our acupuncture sessions are 30-40 minutes. Most patients feel a sense of relaxation as their nervous system is put into parasymphathetic mode. Any additional modalities we see fit (cupping, moxa, gua sha) will be offered within each session. We offer both in-person and Zoom virtual sessions.

In-Person

Initial Session + Treatment | 90 Minutes

The first 45 minutes are spent getting to know our clients, their health history, presenting issues, and their wellness goals. The remainder of the time is used for acupuncture and any additional Chinese medicine therapies we see fit. As the session ends, we lay out a custom treatment plan for you.

Follow Up Session + Treatment | 60 Minutes

The first 20 minutes are spent connecting on your progress and how you’ve been feeling. The remainder of the time is used for acupuncture and any additional Chinese medicine therapies we see fit. As the session ends, we’ll remind or amend your treatment plan.

Virtual

Initial Session + Long Distance Treatment | 90 Minutes

The first 45 minutes are spent getting to know our clients, their health history, presenting issues, and their wellness goals. The remainder of the time is used for long-distance acupuncture. As the session ends, we lay out a custom treatment plan for you.

Follow Up Session + Long Distance Treatment | 60 Minutes

The first 20 minutes are spent connecting on your progress and how you’ve been feeling. The remainder of the time is used for long distance acupuncture. As the session ends, we’ll remind or amend your treatment plan.

CUPPING

Cupping utilizes small glass cups to create suction on specific areas or organs to increase blood flow, disperse stagnation, and relieve pain associated with tight or sore muscles. This service is included in any Initial and Follow-up session if the practitioner feels it is a necessary treatment modality.

“Acupuncture is a crucial part of my wellness and care routine, and Molly cares about me not just as her client, but as a human. She is a one-of-a-kind healer and I am blessed to have her on my team. She has shown me the true power and beauty of acupuncture.”
